PRODUCT IMPORT VALIDATION / WEBSHOPS & DROPSHIPPING

Want to import a product into the EU? Test demand before you order stock.

Finding a promising product is not proof that Europe wants it. BOHI turns the product idea into a credible, localised market proposition, exposes it to one priority EU market and measures the response before you commit to a large order, permanent team or full webshop launch.

01 / THE DECISION

Is there enough real European demand to justify importing this product?

We answer that with a controlled market test, not a guess. BOHI maps the market, defines the customer and price hypothesis, builds the first demand-generation journey and measures price-exposed behaviour. You receive the evidence needed to proceed, revise the offer or walk away before stock becomes a sunk cost.

02 / WHAT THE WORK CREATES

An answer your team can act on.

01

A marketable proposition

The product is translated from a supplier listing into a credible, locally relevant offer for one defined European audience.

02

Measured demand

Real paid-market behaviour and price-exposed intent show whether interest survives outside internal assumptions and trend signals.

03

A stock decision

A full report gives you a GREEN, AMBER or RED recommendation before a large supplier order or launch investment.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

Evidence moves the work forward.

  1. 01

    Check the product reality

Review the supplier evidence, category, competition, target economics and the operational or compliance gaps that could invalidate the test.

  2. 02

    Build and test demand

Create the local positioning, validation landing journey and campaign system, then expose the offer and indicative price to one priority EU market.

  3. 03

    Decide before ordering

Analyse response quality, acquisition signals, price resistance and objections, then recommend proceed, revise and retest, or stop.

Testing demand before inventory does not remove EU product, consumer, tax or platform obligations. The test mechanism is selected only after product evidence and legal feasibility are reviewed. Media, samples, certification, legal advice and other approved specialist costs remain separate. BOHI does not guarantee demand or sales.

05 / PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you commit to Europe.

Can I validate a product before placing a large supplier order?+

Yes. That is the purpose of the programme. The test is designed to create a commercially meaningful market signal while inventory exposure is still limited. The exact mechanism depends on the product, price, lead time and what can be presented legally and credibly.

Is this suitable for a webshop or dropshipping business?+

Yes, provided there is an identifiable product, a credible supply route and enough exact product evidence to assess the intended model. BOHI can work with owned brands, white-label concepts, importers, webshops and responsible dropshipping operators.

Do you only measure demand, or do you help create it?+

Both layers are connected. BOHI develops the initial positioning, audience, creative and landing journey needed to generate market response, then measures that response. The test can reveal demand potential; it cannot manufacture product-market fit or guarantee future sales.

Can I sell in the EU during the test without completing compliance work?+

No assumption should be made that a product can be sold before its exact obligations are satisfied. BOHI reviews readiness and selects a legally appropriate validation mechanism; regulatory, conformity, tax and legal decisions remain with qualified specialists and the responsible economic operator.

What will the final report tell me?+

It consolidates the tested hypothesis, market response, price and acquisition signals, objections, limitations and evidence quality. It ends with a GREEN, AMBER or RED recommendation and the next investment decision: proceed, revise and retest, or stop.
