EU MARKET ENTRY / NON-EU BRANDS

Enter Europe with evidence, not inventory risk.

BOHI turns European expansion into a sequence of reversible decisions. We establish whether the product can enter credibly, test whether one priority market responds, and activate only when the evidence supports it.

01 / THE DECISION

Can Europe become an operating market without forcing a full-scale launch?

Yes. A one-market entry system separates readiness, validation and pilot activation. A weak result can stop the route before large inventory, permanent local headcount or multi-country spend is committed.

02 / WHAT THE WORK CREATES

An answer your team can act on.

01

Entry readiness

Commercial, operational and product assumptions are surfaced before launch activity begins.

02

Market evidence

Real, price-exposed response replaces internal enthusiasm as the basis for the decision.

03

Controlled activation

A GREEN result unlocks a defined one-market pilot; AMBER revises and RED stops.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

Evidence moves the work forward.

  1. 01

    Establish readiness

Assess market, channel, price, landed economics, fulfilment, returns, warranty and evidence gaps.

  2. 02

    Validate demand

Localise the proposition and run a capped test against agreed commercial signals and stop/go thresholds.

  3. 03

    Activate the pilot

Build the customer journey and controlled market presence only when the validation result earns it.

04 / SCOPE & TRANSPARENT PRICING

From €20,000

One-market professional fees

05 / PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you commit to Europe.

Do we need an EU entity before starting?+

Not necessarily for the readiness and demand-validation work. The exact operating, tax, regulatory and representative requirements depend on the product and intended sales model and must be confirmed before commercial activation.

Which European country should we enter first?+

We do not assume that the largest market is the best first market. The readiness work compares category demand, competition, price, channel fit, operating friction and the quality of the test environment.

Does the programme include several EU countries?+

The starting scope is one priority market so the signal remains interpretable. Additional markets are sequenced and priced separately after evidence supports expansion.

What happens if the result is negative?+

You receive the evidence, objections, assumptions and a RED recommendation. The objective is to stop or redesign the investment before inventory and fixed costs become difficult to reverse.
